Description: Students will become familiar with the types and names of watercolors, which brushes to use and what papers are better for painting in watercolor. They will paint a Split Primary Color Wheel, a Warm Primary Color Wheel and Cool Primary Color Wheel.
Materials Included: Heavy duty paper, paints, brushes
Instructor: Maria Azucena was an elementary teacher for 20 years and taught students how to paint using many different watercolor techniques. She learned to paint at Pasadena City College, the Brand library, Creative Arts Group and the Pasadena Senior Center, where she has shown and sold her work.
Location: All classes take place UPSTAIRS in our CREATIVE SPACE unless otherwise noted. Use the exterior stairs on the side of the building to enter.
Note: LATE ARRIVALS NOT ADMITTED ONCE CLASS HAS BEGUN
