Description: In this class students will learn how to create armatures out of wire or cardboard for lightweight paper mache sculptures that can incorporate any combination of found objects, foil wire and decorative embellishments. Make a wall piece or free standing sculpture.

Materials Included: All necessary tools and materials.

Instructor: Sarena (she/they) is an artist, yogi, and self-compassion enthusiast! She has a BFA in animation and feels a profound sense of purpose through community-centered initiatives. Her favorite way to explore creativity is through “play”  where she tries to create without judgment, expectation, or rigidity. Sarena’s desire is to express herself with love & authenticity and to help others do the same – especially for the Queer and Neurodivergent community, through the wonderful world of art. 

Location: Upstairs in our Creative Space. Use the exterior stairs on the side of the building to enter.

Note: LATE ARRIVALS NOT ADMITTED ONCE CLASS HAS BEGUN
