Ages: All - Children under 8 must attend with an adult. Parent can attend with a child as one registration.
Description: Create one of a kind masks using a papier mache mask form and a vast array of colors, papers and repurposed materials, including lost treasures, found objects and everyday items to create special artworks composed of rich symbolism, texture, color, and personal meaning.
Parent Requirements: If you are not attending with your child please go upstairs - drop off & sign them in; pick up and sign them out; Parents are free to stay for the class to assist your child; parents will be called to pick up their child immediately if there is an attitude or discipline issue.
Materials: All materials provided, but participants are encouraged to bring additional favorite pieces if you like.
Instructor: Jayme Thaler is an experienced mixed media artist and action figure nerd who worked for McFarlane Toys. He currently works as a production artist and loves to create custom works from existing pieces and loads of crazy parts.
Location: All classes take place UPSTAIRS in our CREATIVE SPACE unless otherwise noted. Use the exterior stairs on the side of the building to enter.
Note: LATE ARRIVALS NOT ADMITTED ONCE CLASS HAS BEGUN
Class Refund Policy: Please email remainders.edu@gmail.com with your name and order number at least 48 hours before the class to receive a refund. A 20% cancellation fee applies.
