Adults 18+: up to 2 per registration
Description: Calling all creators, up cyclers, and reus-ers. Join Remainders Creative Reuse in a day long rally to conceive, design and finish a garment in a race to the finish! Remainders is challenging YOU to a Reuse Rumble! There will be eight teams of two that will bring their own garment and upcycle it into something new using materials and tools from Remainders. The winners will be featured across our Social Media channels, along with prizes of a gift certificate for $200 and a feature on Instagram and YouTube with an interview, photos, and video. Plus your winning look will be featured in the store where it can be be sold. All parts of the event are timed.
1 hour to conceive, 30 minutes to grab materials, and 5 hours to make the garment.
Location: All creative activity takes place UPSTAIRS in our CREATIVE SPACE unless otherwise noted. Use the exterior stairs on the side of the building to enter.
