Description: In this class, you will learn two soft-cover book binding methods: Saddle Stitch and Japanese Four-Hole Punch. Make as many journals as you like with an assortment of paper and decorate with stamps, paper collage, fabric, and other materials provided.
Materials Included: All papers, collage and binding materials. Feel free to bring your own ephemera to embellish covers.
Instructor: Courtney Freemyer loves crafting and thrifting, so when she first visited Remainders in the founder’s garage, she did not leave empty handed and knew she’d be back for more! She particularly loves to find new ways of repurposing old things, and has been partnering with a local thrift store to do monthly workshops on crafting with repurposed materials.
Location: All classes take place UPSTAIRS in our CREATIVE SPACE unless otherwise noted. Use the exterior stairs on the side of the building to enter.
Note: LATE ARRIVALS NOT ADMITTED ONCE CLASS HAS BEGUN
